OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated February 14, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Energy to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Energy, the Offshore Energy Research Association of Nova Scotia and the UK Technology Strategy Board in substantially the form as set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
