OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 25, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 113(1) of
Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to amend the Moose Hunting Regulations, N.S. Reg. 90/88, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-405 dated April 20, 1988, to allow companion hunters to be within 2 km of licence holders, to permit a non-motorized hunt in the Pollets Cove-Aspy Fault Wilderness Area, and to increase the fee to enter the moose hunting licence draw, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 22, 2010.
