Order in Council 498/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act

Delbert Shewfelt of Goderich, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from April 10, 2017.

[Mr. Shewfelt’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 296/2015 will expire April 9, 2017.]
