OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 16, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Angela Barnhart as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-389, dated July 27, 2000; and (
b) appoint Angela Corkum of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
