Order in Council 1634/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ,

Connie Dejak of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as part-time member and redesignated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council 1054/2019 and Order in Council 1351/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
