OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated July 6, 1998, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 166 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fences and Detention of Stray Livestock Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Ronald Daken of Oxford, Cumberland County, as a member of the Municipality of Cumberland Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing July 1, 1998; (
b) reappoint Peter Dickie of RR#1 Belmont, Colchester County, as a member of the Municipality of Colchester Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing July 1, 1998; (
c) reappoint Carl Sweeney of RR#5 Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Municipality of Yarmouth Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing July 1, 1998; (
d) appoint Georgina MacKenzie of Christmas Island, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Municipality of Cape Breton Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing December 1, 1998; (
e) reappoint A.L. MacKinnon of RR#1 Ohio, Antigonish County, as a member of the Municipality of Antigonish Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing July 1, 1998; (
f) reappoint Ernest Muise of RR#1 Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Municipality of Clare Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing July 1, 1998; and (
g) appoint Elizabeth Biggs of RR#1 Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Municipality of Kings Fences Arbitration Committee for a term of office of two years commencing December 1, 1998.
