OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 18, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Barbara-Ann Hamilton of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the YMCA of Greater Halifax-Dartmouth, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-838 dated November 19, 1996; and (

b) appoint Barbara-Ann G. Hinch of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Black Educators Association.
