section 1(7) of the Statutes Amendment Act, 2014 provides that

1 of that Act comes into force on Proclamation; and

WHEREAS it is expedient to proclaim

section 1 of the Statutes Amendment Act,

2014 in force:

NOW KNOW YE THAT by and with the advice and consent of Our Executive

Council of Our Province of Alberta, by virtue of the provisions of the said Act

hereinbefore referred to and of all other power and authority whatsoever in Us vested

in that behalf, We have ordered and declared and do hereby proclaim

section 1 of the

Statutes Amendment Act, 2014 in force on November 5, 2014.

1. National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation is amended by this

Section 8.6 is amended by replacing "2015" with "2018".
