OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated July 16, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and (2), clause 12(

f) and subsections 19(2), (3) and (4) of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the terms of sale of the portion of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation property at 2392 Highway 206 (High Road), Arichat, known as Lot 1 ("Lot 1") to 3088929 Nova Scotia Limited, as set out in the agreement of purchase and sale in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, as agent of Her Majesty in Right of the Province, to sell and convey Lot 1 for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province to 3088929 Nova Scotia Limited; and (

c) authorize the President and another officer of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to sign the deed of transfer and authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to authorize a single person to sign other documents necessary to complete the closing of the transaction.
