On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2015 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

Section 2 (

a) of the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended by striking out “ 2014 taxation year, as at December 31, 2013, ” and substituting “ 2015 taxation year, as at December 31, 2014, ”.
