OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 6, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act and
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective June 9, 2015, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into an amending agreement on behalf of the Province, providing for Canada’s contribution to Adult and Youth Criminal Legal Aid, Immigration and Refugee Legal Aid and Court-Ordered Counsel in Federal Prosecutions, under the Legal Aid Act and the Public Service Act , in the form set out in
Schedule “A” , attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
