OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 23, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land located at Upper Tantallon, Halifax County, containing approximately 2.45 hectares and shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to The Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of Halifax, a body corporate having its head office at Halifax, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $118,600 per hectare; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
