OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health dated March 29, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Paulette Anderson of Plymouth, Pictou County, and appoint Dominic Clamp of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) and Andrea Shaheen of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as lay members of the Review Board, each for a term of three (3) years commencing May 10, 2022; and (
b) reappoint Jennifer Garagan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Fall River) and Gregg Knudsen of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as lawyer members of the Review Board, each for a term of three (3) years commencing May 10, 2022.
