Order in Council 253/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 10, 2022.

Further,

whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective November 23, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1690/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1690/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
