OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Human Rights Act dated February 13, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 22 of
Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Cynthia Dorrington of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a commissioner of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission for a three (3) year term commencing March 29, 2018; and (
b) determine that the remuneration of Cynthia Dorrington be at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each half day spent at duly called meetings of the Commission for her term of office.
