OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated December 13, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting renewable energy standards in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 1, 2007.
