Schedule

All that piece or parcel of land situate and being within the boundaries of Frenchmans Cove Provincial Park, in the Electoral District of Grand Bank, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say, by a line beginning at a point being the northeast corner of the Anglican Cemetery;

Then running by the boundaries of the Anglican Cemetery, above, south 47 41 west 48.31 metres and then south 34 22 east 32.13 metres and then north 60 22 east 44.04 metres to the southeast corner of the cemetery;

Then running along the western limit of an abandoned road in a general southerly direction 155.45 metres, more or less, to a point being 3.0 metres, more or less, at 90 northwest of the centre line, of a campground road;

Then parallelling the northwest shoulder of that road and being 3 metres, more or less, from the centre line, in general southwesterly and southerly directions for a distance of 160 metres, more or less;

Then in a general southerly direction 45 metres, more or less, to a point being 25 metres, more or less, at 90 southwest from the centre line of a road;

Then parallelling that road in a general southeasterly direction 150 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of an abandoned road;

Then following the centre line of an abandoned road in a general southerly direction 77 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Great Garnish Barasway;

Then following the sinuosities of Great Garnish Barasway and Barasway River in general westerly, northerly, and easterly directions for a distance of 2,350 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Barasway River;

Then running south 43 26 east 14.02 metres and then south 14 45 east 13.72 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 23 hectares, more or less.

All bearings being magnetic.
