Order in Council 644/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Order in Council O.C. 78/2024 dated January 17, 2024, appointed Claudine Helen Longboat-White as a full-time justice of the peace effective January 29, 2024;

And

whereas, pursuant to subsection 7 of the Justices of the Peace Act , Claudine Helen Longboat-White resigned from her office, effective March 27, 2024, by delivering a signed letter of resignation to the Chief Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice;

Therefore, Order-in-Council O.C. 78/2024 be revoked effective March 27, 2024.
