OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 5, 2005, pursuant to Sections 16, 17 and 94 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Gary Dean of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2005; (

b) fix the remuneration for Gary Dean at a rate of $150 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) reappoint Kenneth Estabrooks of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years commencing April 22, 2005; and (

d) fix the remuneration of Kenneth Estabrooks at a rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends as alternate member of the Construction Industry Panel, to the business of the Panel, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
