OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 19, 1998, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 2.412 hectares, more or less, situate at or near Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County, and more particularly described in Schedules "A" and shown outlined in red on Schedules "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Roderick and Anne M. MacNeil of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; Michael and Carmen MacNeil of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; Robert J. and Donna Fraser of New Glasgow, Pictou County; Leger M. and Marie M. Landry of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; Charles V. and Catherine J. Warner of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; Michael B. and Elizabeth R. McGuigan of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; and Dennis P. Price of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton County; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
