OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 19, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Debra Ann Fifield, made pursuant to Order in Council 2001-501 dated October 26, 2001; and (
b) appoint Debra Ann Fifield MacLeod of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire October 31, 2006.
