Order in Council 656/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 28(1) and (2) of the Pay Equity Act ,

Caroline Rowan of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time Deputy Presiding Officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 6, 2022.

Further that Caroline Rowan be re-designated as part-time Alternate Presiding Officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 6, 2022.
