B.C. Reg. 210/2012 , deposited July 19, 2012, pursuant to the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [sections 113, 115 (3) (

c) and 289 (3) (

l) and (m)] and the CREDIT UNION INCORPORATION ACT [section 39.56 (3) (c)]. Order in Council 541/2012, approved and ordered July 18, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2012, the Audit and Audit Committee Regulation, B.C. Reg. 314/90, is amended

(

a) in

section 3 by striking out "

section 180 of the Company Act as it applies for the purpose of the Act, " and substituting "

section 205 of the Business Corporations Act or

section 39.51 of the Credit Union Incorporation Act , ",

(

b) in

section 3 (b) (ii) by striking out " has been qualified as an auditor under

section 180 of the Company Act " and substituting " has been qualified as an auditor under

section 205 of the Business Corporations Act or

section 39.51 of the Credit Union Incorporation Act ", and

(

c) in

section 4 by striking out " the Act or the regulations, " and substituting " the Act, the Business Corporations Act or the Credit Union Incorporation Act , ".
