Order in Council 331/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Richard Steele

be appointed Deputy Minister of Long-Term Care, effective March 9, 2020, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1036/2019, dated July 25, 2019, be revoked effective March 9, 2020.
