OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated May 6, 2020, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(
a) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to: (
a) approve the Minister issuing a licence to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated permitting the company to enter and use Crown lands for work relating to high-speed internet across Nova Scotia on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Minister; (
b) prepare and execute such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
