I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum

Resources, order as follows:

(

a) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule;

(

b) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations)

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached

Schedule;

(

c) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010,

is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Schedule.
