Order in Council 1570/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act , Hannah Evans was appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation by Order in Council 1928/2019 dated December 12, 2019;

And

whereas the appointment of Hannah Evans will expire on the 31 st day of December, 2020;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 2 of the Act, Hannah Evans, of the City of Toronto, is re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation to hold office at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on the 1 st day of January, 2021, and ending on the earlier of June 30, 2021 and the day, if any, the Corporation is dissolved.
