Order in Council 1291/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to to sections 1 and 4 of the AgriCorp Act, 1996 , as amended,

Maria Van Bommel of Strathroy

be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of AgriCorp to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 1178/2016 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
