OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 17, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Linda Gail Skidmore of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 82-603 dated May 11, 1982; and (
b) appoint Linda Gail Urquhart of Westville, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits.
