Chapter 9 of the Acts of 1987, the Offshore Petroleum Royalty Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting royalty on offshore petroleum in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after June 17, 1999.
