B.C. Reg. 199/2010 , deposited June 25, 2010, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132 (2)]. Order in Council 419/2010, approved and ordered June 24, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2010, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97 is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.
