OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 19, 2009, pursuant to
Section 25IA of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to assign responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Andrew Younger, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Communications Nova Scotia.
