OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated June 16, 1999, pursuant to clauses 51(1)(
b) and (
p) of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the appointment of division registrars in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after July 1, 1999.
