OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 4, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective July 3, 1999, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Denise Russell of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-623 dated December 1, 1998; and (
b) appoint Denise Saulnier of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
