OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 20, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective August 1, 2023, to authorize the Nova Scotia Health Authority: (
a) entering into net debt obligations in the form of indemnities for the purpose of a research project grant agreement and a joinder agreement with the Terry Fox Research Institute and other parties; and (
b) executing such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with the transactions described in paragraph (a).
