Order in Council 877/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Bernard Trottier of Etobicoke be reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 29, 2023.
