B.C. Reg. 146/2008 , deposited June 6, 2008, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [Section 15]. Order in Council 395/2008, approved and ordered June 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in

section 2, in the list of employers designated for the purposes of paragraph (

g) of the definition of "public sector employer" in the Public Sector Employers Act

(

a) by striking out the following:

Kootenay Society for Community Living — Castlegar

Nanaimo Family Life Association

Nechako/Stuart Association for Community Living

North Shore Association for the Mentally Handicapped

Salmo Community Resource Society , and

(

b) by adding the following:

Kamloops Infant Development Society

Kootenay Society for Community Living

North Shore Connexions Society.
