OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 28, 2000, pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to grant an amended Special Licence to Geostorage Associates in the form recommended by the Minister, which licence will amend Special Licence No. 3/96 dated August 27, 1996, authorized by Order in Council 96-592, dated July 31, 1996.
