OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated September 7, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after October 6, 2023, to approve the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into an agreement with Environment and Climate Change Canada to support work associated with the Nature Agreement Program, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
