OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 14, 2018, pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at Five Islands, Colchester County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 20138699, 20234878, 20138772 and 20138780 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Rudolph Floris Carel Stroink, or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $220,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Rudolph Floris Carel Stroink, or his respective executors, trustees, administrators or approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
