OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 3, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective May 7, 2013, authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Pilot Project Funding Agreement for fiscal year 2013-2014 between Nova Scotia and Canada for the provision of funding under the Pilot Project Component of the Supporting Families Initiative Fund respecting Nova Scotia's Pilot Project entitled "Family Justice Services for High Conflict Families", in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
