OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated February 11, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 53 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2008, the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2008, the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Act, except
Section 3, clause 5(
c) and Sections 12 to 22, 24, 25, 27, 29 to 35, 38 to 40, 42 to 49 and 52, do come into force on and not before February 17, 2009.
