An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Act. [Assented to May 4, 1979.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Housing Corpora- tion Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3. The following

section is added after

section 15: "15.1 The corporation has, and is deemed to have had since its incorporation, the capacity to procure the registration of and pro mote any company having objects similar to the objects of the cor poration for any purpose that may, directly or indirectly, benefit the corporation". 4. Clause 19(2) (

a) is amended by adding after "Saskatchewan," in the third line "The University of Regina,". 5. Subsection 41 (1) is amended by striking out "$200,000,000" in the last line and substituting "$300,000,000".
