OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated May 7, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased, effective on and June 4, 2024, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development entering into a net debt obligation for capital expenses associated with the design, development, and implementation of a new IT system for childcare in Nova Scotia.
