d) of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to reappoint Douglas Lloy of Stellarton, Pictou County, as a member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for a three year term commencing November 1, 2004 and ending October 31, 2007.
