OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 29, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Review Board, each for a two year term commencing June 5, 2009: Dr. Edward Gordon of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Dr. Aileen Brunet of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
