OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 26, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcels C, D and H consisting of 418.4 square metres, 189.8 square metres and 30.9 square metres, of land, respectively, more or less, situate, lying and being at Lundy, Guysborough County, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in

Schedule "A" "B" and "C" and shown on the plan marked as

Schedule "D", which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of access to an emergency radio communication tower.
