Order in Council 1187/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Langlois of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 890/2021 as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned effective June 19, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 890/2021 be revoked.
