Section 27 of the
Schedule to
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2022, the Non-resident Deed Transfer and Property Taxes Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting a non-resident deed transfer tax, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2022.
