OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 17, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 19, 2018, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into the Contraventions Act Administration and Enforcement Agreement respecting the administration and enforcement of the Contraventions Act (Canada), substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
